Caroline is a qualified teacher with 32 years of primary school experience in London and Buckinghamshire. She holds a BEd (Hons) degree from Nottingham University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Educational Practice from Oxford Brookes University.
As headteacher of an outstanding Buckinghamshire primary school, Caroline led a high achieving school, but also an inclusive school, taking pride in the progress of every child, whatever their level of ability. Caroline holds the National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordination and spent many years working as a SENCO ensuring that every child has the opportunity to be successful and achieve excellent results, irrespective of ethnicity, gender, ability, background or barriers to learning.
Caroline is passionate about fostering a love of learning and teaching children positive learning behaviours that embrace challenge and lead to success. She is a published author of three workbooks promoting the development of growth mindset.
Caroline is First Aid trained and has a DBS check. She is an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Mala is a qualified teacher with 21 years of Primary School experience in Buckinghamshire. She has a BA (Hons) QTS degree from the University West of England Bristol.
As a headteacher of an outstanding primary school in Buckinghamshire, Mala supported children to achieve their very best through providing high quality teaching and learning experiences in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Mala is passionate about the importance of developing resilience in children through high quality growth mindset practice, ensuring all children are equipped with the strong foundations needed for lifelong learning.
Mala has a First Aid certificate and DBS check. She has over 10 years of experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Caroline & Mala teach all Taylor-Made groups themselves. As ex- Buckinghamshire headteachers they have an excellent understanding of the expectations of the Secondary Transfer Exam (11+). They work in partnership with parents to support each child’s individual learning journey.
